Payment Policy
For the purposes of a product, or subscription of the selected package or for purchasing a package alone on the Website, you agree and undertake not to make payments in any manner other than as provided on the website, without the prior consent of JK Florist. You acknowledge and accept that you have specifically authorized JK Florist to collect, process, facilitate and remit payments and/or the Transaction Price by any of the prescribed methods of payment, including any additional charges or tax, if any applicable or applied.
Note: This Payment Policy forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions and all other policies, disclaimers, etc available on the Website of JK Florist and shall be read in conjunction.
Currently, there are 2 options available, as the payment gateway (payment collecting & processing intermediary authorities) on the website: www.jkflorist.com.
(1) - PayPal :
For Making Online Payments For All The International Customers from Any Country in the World (Except India).
Through PayPal, anyone from any country in the world can pay online, safely & securely with their PayPal Account, as well as with their Debit & Credit cards.
(2) - PayU Money :
For Making Online Payments Through All Types of Indian Debit & Credit Cards and E-Wallets are also Accepted.
Through PayU Money, anyone from India can pay online, safely & securely.
And we also provide other options to make payments through Paytm, Google Pay, Direct Bank Transfer or Bank Cheque, for which the client needs to contact us, before making the payment.
The full subscription/package/product fees must be paid for registration using the payment software of M/s JK Florist in accordance with the terms and conditions/privacy policy of M/s JK Florist. The subscriber agrees and acknowledges that JK Florist shall not be held responsible in event of any delays in the processing of subscription/package/product fees by the payment gateway entities, which are outside the control of JK Florist. In the event of the subscriber using the other option of payment, it will be the responsibility of the subscriber to provide the correct information as required in the form required to be submitted, for placing an online order on the website. JK Florist will not assume any responsibility for any wrong address/email/contact details or user information that the subscriber may have provided which may lead to the subscriber not getting a reply beyond the stipulated 48 hours (excluding Sunday/bank holidays) from receipt of the payment.
For any international, cross-country payments (From Any Country to India), on www.jkflorist.com, the payment amount usually takes 5-7 working days to reflect in the bank account of JK Florist.
And if the payment of the product/service, needs to be made by direct bank transfer, then the client needs to inform JK Florist on a prior basis and then after the bank account details will be shared for transferring the fee amount.
JK Florist uses Payment systems as may be authorized by the Reserve Bank of India for collection, refund, and remittance, as the case may be. The Pay Facility shall be availed in accordance with the terms of this User Agreement and the rules and policies prescribed hereunder.
Additional / Extra Charges
Well, we always provide everything to our customer, whatever is mentioned in the package opted by the client, but some of the things like using additional resources, which are not mentioned in the package will be charged as an additional cost, to the customer. For example, using copyright-protected premium stock graphics, images or videos from 3'rd party websites and applications, (like Shutterstock, etc.) additional media production (additional photos/videos), and other extra things which a client wants to opt for, which is not included in the package, will be charged extra.
The Company neither makes any representations nor makes any warranties regarding the amount of time needed to complete processing payments or refunds, including delays in the banking system and nor shall the Company be liable for any actual or consequential damages arising from any claim of delay or any payment process-related errors.
As the products and services of the JK Florist company are all pre-paid and web-based services, the company shall not entertain any cancellations and refunds under any circumstances. And if any cancellation happens, then it will be only on a partial basis and not a full refund, after deducting (Total 20%) which is 18% GST and 2% payment gateway transaction charges. However, if there is some technical error regarding excessive payment then you may request the company on Info@jkflorist.com for a refund of a different amount.
An error in payment occurring while making an online transaction on www.jkflorist.com, if by chance any technical issue happens from the payment gateway side, or if the user mistakenly reloads the payment processing page while making the online transaction, or if the payment page gets stuck, or any other reason as an electric power failure at user's end, then the user will need to contact the payment gateway and also inform us for the same, to get its proper resolution and to know the actual status of the transaction done.
Payment Terms
You agree to pay the price applicable for the products and service's on our website www.jkflorist.com at the time you submitted your order (Product Price), the delivery fees for the delivery service you select, if any (Delivery Fees), or any applicable taxes (defined below). You will be solely responsible for payment of all taxes (other than taxes based on JK Florist's income), fees, duties, and other governmental charges, and any related penalties and interest, arising from the purchase of the products and services (Taxes) not withheld by JK Florist.
All the payments are non-refundable (except as expressly set forth in the Terms and Conditions). We reserve the right to charge late fees on all due payments equivalent to the lesser of 5% per month on the unpaid balance or the highest rate allowed under Applicable Law. You agree to pay for all collection costs, attorney's fees, and court costs incurred in the collection of past-due amounts. And payment once made, will not be refunded immediately (if in any case mentioned according to the refund policy), as it takes 5-7 working days to reflect the amount in our bank account (if it is cross-country / international payment / from any other country except India) and then after issuing the same amount, would again add 5-7 working days for the return transfer of the refund process period. So in total, approximately 14-15 days of the period would be applicable.
Discounts are applicable only on the prepaid products and service subscriptions, mentioned on the website www.jkflorist.com and the discounts and prices are subject to change, from time to time, depending on the company policies and its board member's & owner's decisions.
JK Florist does not take responsibility for any transaction which is processed without your consent and knowledge. The cardholder is solely and totally liable for the transactions and the amount charged to their account/card.
JK Florist retains the right for time to time revision of the product/service prices, without any prior notice.
