Refund Policy

No returns are allowed. However, in case a wrong or defective product has been sent, do let us know at the earliest. You can write to us at order@jkflorist.com or call us at +91-9624222233 (09:00 AM-9:00 PM, Monday-Saturday).

No refund claims shall be applicable for the Flowers, plants, fruits, sweets, Cakes, Chocolates, gift products, and preserved items if delivered to the incorrect address provided by the sender. Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender, if the delivery address is locked or the recipient refuses to accept the delivery, or if the recipient is not receiving the call of the delivery person for asking information of the address location if they are not able to locate it.

A full refund for cancellation is allowed if made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled delivery date.

In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment.

Online refund is credited directly through the mode from which the customer has paid the money within 24 working hours. Once processed by JK Florist, a refund takes 7 to 10 working business days to reflect in the customer’s same bank account.

No refund claims will be applicable for the product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product by the customer.

No refund claims, whatsoever will be applicable or accepted if the claim has been made after 3 hours, from the order delivery time of the same day.

No refund claims will be applicable for the slight variation of the products, regarding their design, colour, or size, as the perishable products are natural and it cannot be exactly the same as shown in the product images.

No refund claims will be applicable if for any reason our delivery person cannot find the mentioned delivery address, and if the provided delivery address or if the recipient’s contact number is incomplete or incorrect and for which the address cannot be located then the order will be considered as attempted for delivery and for doing the delivery again, extra delivery charge of Rs.100 will be applicable for the same.

Once the customer wants to cancel the order, for any of the above-mentioned reasons, for a valid refund claim, a partial refund will be eligible, as the charges of payment gateway transaction will be deducted from the order value, which the payment gateway charges JK Florist, has to be born from the order amount of the customer.

• Flowers:

• Good Luck Bamboo Plants:

We have a wide range of natural Feng-Shui Good Luck Bamboo Plants of different shapes & always provide a healthy bamboo plant but after the home delivery of the product, of the website online orders, no claims shall be entertained for the return & refund of items, unless the ordered product has been wrongly sent and misfits the product title mentioned on the website. As plants come in natural form and it is not in any human hands to control or manipulate the shape, size, or colour, except for the product title misfit, no refund claim shall be applicable.

• Cakes:

No refund claims will be applicable for the cake category of products, for which there is no proof of spoilage or deformation. And for applying for a refund, we will need proof of it and should not be in less quantity than 90% of the weight of the ordered cake.

• Sweets:

No refund claims will be applicable for the sweets category of products, for which there is no proof of spoilage or deformation. And for applying for a refund, we will need proof of it and should not be in less quantity than 90% of the weight of the ordered sweets.

• Chocolates:

No refund claims will be applicable for the sweets category of products, for which there is no proof of spoilage or deformation. And for applying for a refund, we will need proof of it and should not be in less quantity than 90% of the weight of the ordered chocolates.

• Fresh Fruits:

No refund claims, will be applicable for the fresh fruit basket, as we always make sure of the quality of the fruits before sending it for delivery and once successful delivery has been made, no refund shall be applicable to it.

• Soft Toys:

As the Teddy bear soft toys’ size, colour and design may be slightly different than the product picture displayed, no refund claims will be applicable for the same.
