Shipping & Delivery Policy Information
Note: This Shipping & Delivery Policy forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions and all other policies, disclaimers, etc available on the Website of JK Florist and shall be read in conjunction.
For Same Day Delivery:
For getting the 'Same Day Delivery', in Vadodara City, the customer has to order before 5 pm Indian Time.
For getting the 'Same Day Delivery', in any other City, the customer has to order before 3 pm Indian Time.
The delivery time for any of the gifts that are ordered online will be attempted within the daytime of 9 am - 9 pm IST.
The image displayed is indicative in nature. Actual products may vary in shape or design as per the availability.
The height and size of the plant may vary, as it may be delivered either in the budding or in maturing stage.
The chosen delivery time is an estimate and depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the product to be delivered.
We will be able to attempt delivery of your order only once. The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
The products are hand delivered and will not be delivered along with courier products.
For all the 'Exotic' Flowers:
for which it is clearly mentioned on its product pages as - 'kindly order before 1 day' - will not be eligible for same-day delivery, as it needs to be sourced from the market.
For Big-Sized Flower Arrangements:
We firmly believe in providing our customers with the optimum satisfaction with the money spent on the gifts, some big sized flower arrangements take a bit more time, rather than usual to design, as it needs proper attention to detail and so the same day delivery of such gifts can take a time of around 2-5 hours.
For Cakes:
As all our Cakes are 'Freshly Made to Order Basis', the making of the cake takes place only after we receive its order. And therefore it generally takes a time of at least a couple of hours for the normal cakes and up to 4 hours for making some special types of cakes, so early morning delivery for the cake orders, starts after 10 am IST.
For Sweets:
As all our Sweets are 'Freshly Made to Order Basis', the making of the sweets takes place only after we receive their order. And therefore it generally takes a time of at least a couple of hours for the normal sweets and up to 4 hours for making some special types of sweets, so early morning delivery for the sweets orders, starts after 10 am IST.
For Fresh Fruits:
As we are committed to providing our customers with fresh quality products only, the fresh fruits are specially sourced in the morning from the local market and so the online orders which include the gift baskets of fresh fruits, are dispatched after 10 am IST.
India & Other Countries.
For Physical Products :
Currently, JK Florist delivers within the Express Cities, Courier Cities & Online Digital Deliveries.
You acknowledge that the requested delivery time is non-binding. The estimated delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the product to be delivered.
Delivery may take longer due to:
- A Festive Day
- Bad weather
- Natural Calamity
- Political disruptions
- National Lockdown
- Unavailability of the product
- Other unforeseen circumstances
- Any issue with the local delivery company
In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your e-mails and SMS regularly for updates.
Before major occasions, we suggest that you place your order at least five days in advance for delivery within India and 15 days in advance in the case of International countries (except India).
Products that are hand-delivered cannot be delivered along with courier products. The date of delivery is an estimate. Your order may be delivered prior to or after the chosen date of delivery. You acknowledge that the requested delivery date is non-binding. We attempt delivery of your order only once. In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, you shall still be charged for the order and the re-delivery will not be possible. But for another delivery attempt, an additional delivery charge would be applicable as per the courier service available with us.
We will consider the order delivery executed in the below cases:
- Wrong shipping/delivery address.
- The recipient is not available.
- Premises locked.
- The recipient refused to accept the delivery.
- The wrong contact number was provided by the customer.
- The receiver did not receive a call from the courier company.
- The residential delivery address is shifted or closed.
- The official delivery address is shifted or closed.
As our 3rd party courier partners may call the customer, if they are not able to locate the delivery address and if the customer does not receive the call, in that case, the attempt of delivery shall be considered. In case if the recipient is not available, he/she can inform the delivery person to deliver the order to the gate/reception/neighbour/guard. Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery. Deliveries may not be done on Sundays and on Public Holidays, for products that are delivered by hand.
The delivery address mentioning Railway Station, Bus Station, Airport, Hospitals, Garden, Library, University, College, School, Hostel, Unserviceable Areas, or Outbound Areas, will be cancelled automatically.
If there is no one available at the shipping/delivery addresses to accept the delivery of your order at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability, or claim of refund can be made.
As we use 3rd party courier services, the delivery time and the delivery days are not fixed but once the product is delivered successfully, we will notify the customer of the successful delivery by email, soon, once it is successfully completed.
For Digital Products :
The digital products enlisted on the website, will each have a different duration for delivery, depending upon the type and time required to fulfil the online order. The details of the delivery time and delivery medium, for each product/service are mentioned in each of the product description details. Digital products once delivered by email, skype or WhatsApp will be considered to be complete and the order shall be marked complete. And to provide the correct email id, skype id or WhatsApp number, is the sole responsibility of the client and if those details are incomplete or wrong, then JK Florist will not be held responsible by any terms, for the non-delivery of the order which was placed. The date of delivery is an estimate. Your order may be delivered prior to or after the chosen date of delivery. You acknowledge that the requested delivery date is non-binding. Any digital product showcased on the website here is liable for only 'Digital Online Delivery'. Physical delivery for any type of digital product or service is NOT possible.
For Professional Service Packages :
Professional services like Flower Decoration enlisted on the website, will each have a different duration for delivery, depending upon the type and time required to fulfill the online order. The details of the delivery time and delivery medium, for each product/service are mentioned in each of the product/service description details. The date of delivery is an estimate. Your order may be delivered prior to or after the chosen date of delivery. You acknowledge that the requested delivery date is non-binding and it is just an estimate.
Delivery of Courier Products :
Notwithstanding anything contained in the Shipping Disclaimer or in the Terms and Conditions, in the event, the order is made to deliver through any courier agency or any third party, JK Florist does not make any representation or warranty in relation to the delivery of such order. The products will be delivered through any courier company and the delivery made by them are subject to the Terms and Conditions of such courier companies. For products that are shipped using the services of our courier partners, the date of delivery is an estimate. Your order may be delivered prior to or after the chosen date of delivery. You acknowledge that the requested delivery date is non-binding. The estimated delivery date depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the product to be shipped and delivered.
Our courier partners do not call always, prior to delivering an order, so we recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package. The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address and if the product returns back to us, then to re-attempt the delivery of the product, the extra delivery charge shall be applied. No deliveries are made by third-party courier agencies on Sundays and on Public Holidays. All courier orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse. Soon after the order has been dispatched, you will receive a delivery status by email or WhatsApp that will help you trace your order.
Courier partners sometimes have some delays due to holidays, strikes and some other reasons like natural calamities, political disruptions, bad weather conditions, strikes, etc. In case the recipient is unavailable, at the time of delivery the delivery location is incorrect or the recipient refuses to take the delivery, the delivery shall be deemed to have been made and the order shall be marked as completed. The courier company will attempt to deliver the package only once before the parcel returns back to the point of origin. And in the event, the delivery is not executed during the attempts, you shall still be charged for the order and no refund claims would be considered valid.
We will consider the order delivery executed in the below cases:
- Wrong shipping/delivery address.
- The recipient is not available.
- Premises locked.
- The recipient refused to accept the delivery.
- The wrong contact number was provided by the customer.
- The Receiver did not receive the call from the courier company.
- The residential delivery address is shifted or closed.
- The official delivery address is shifted or closed.
And once the order is considered to be 'Executed / Delivered', according to the terms and conditions mentioned in our policies, there shall be no eligibility granted for the refund claim and a refund will not be possible.

For same-day delivery, the customer has to order before 4 PM. This order will be delivered by 8 PM. And it may take some additional time if the selected product is either out of stock or if the same variant is not available then.
Delivery within the range of 5 KM from Vadodara Railway Station will be free. Otherwise, extra delivery charges of Rs.100 will be applied. And still, if the customer has any hesitation, the order will be partially refunded for the same.
In case the recipient is not available to accept the delivery in places such as hospitals, offices, hotels, and other public areas, the products will be handed over to any other person as advised by the recipient or the person who is available in the absence of the recipient.
We do not accept orders for delivery at hospitals, airports, buses or railway stations.
We refrain from calling the recipient for directions because we don’t want to ruin your surprise. But if the delivery person is unable to locate the address or in case of other emergency situations, we may need to contact the recipient. Hence we request you provide accurate and detailed information to ensure correct, prompt, and surprising delivery. And if the contact number or address is incomplete or incorrect, and if the recipient does not receive the delivery person’s call for location directions, the order will be considered complete and for doing the delivery again, an extra amount of Rs.100 - Rs.200 for the delivery charge will be applicable for the same.
In case of incorrect information, we will not be responsible for wrongful delivery.
If it is an anonymous delivery and the recipient refuses to accept the products, no refund will be issued.
Cities/areas falling outside our delivery limit will require additional delivery charges as we will arrange for delivery from the nearest city or location where we are present.
• Delivery in All the Indian cities:
For the flowers & Gifts delivery, once the delivery attempt has been made & if the receiver is not available due to any reason or if the delivery address provided by the customer is locked, an extra delivery charge of Rs.100 - Rs.200 or more as applicable, for making the delivery again shall be applied on the order or in some case, OR order may be concluded as successful & no refund may be applied on such cases.
In case the recipient is not available to accept the delivery in places such as hospitals, offices, hotels, and other public areas, the products will be handed over to any other person as advised by the recipient or the person who is available in the absence of the recipient.
• Delivery Timings:
There are many aspects of logistics involved in each order and hence we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of the day. However, if there is a particular time slot you prefer, we request you to mention it in the ‘Special Instructions’ section in the order form & we will try to get it done at the preferred time.
For regular weekdays, all deliveries are carried out during business hours from 9 am to 8 pm, unless specified otherwise.
Please ensure that you provide precise and correct information. As our service providers are locally based, they will try their best to ensure timely delivery. We deliver to residential as well as office addresses, so you can request delivery at the location of your choice.
We do not accept early cake delivery orders as we procure freshly baked cakes in the morning to ensure quality, and hence cannot deliver them to the recipient in the early morning hours but starting from 10 AM onward.
During peak business days such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc, our service providers extend their business hours. Hence specific delivery timings could be extended and cannot be guaranteed due to the heavy load of orders and it may be delivered at any time during the day.
• Flowers & Good Luck Bamboo Plants:
We have a wide range of natural Feng-Shui Good Luck Bamboo Plants & Flowers of different shapes & always provide good quality products but after the home delivery of the product, of the website’s online orders, no claims shall be entertained for the return & refund of items, unless the ordered product has been wrongly sent and misfits the product title mentioned on the website. As flowers & plants come in natural form and it is not in any human hands to control or manipulate the shape, size, or colour, except for the product title misfit, no refund claim shall be applicable.
• Cake, Sweets, Fruits, Chocolates & Personalized Gifts:
After the successful delivery of the products, the customer has to immediately check it, as soon as it arrives at their doorstep, for the quality of the product and also for the message on the cake, etc. As 3 hours of duration passed, after the delivery time of the day, it will not be possible to claim for refund.
• Multi Days Package Delivery:
We have a variety of 2 to 7 days and also yearly package delivery options and once the customer opts for it, the products shall be sent to the same address which has been mentioned while placing the order, unless the customer informs us 1 day prior to the product delivery date.
