# 0001 – A Mothers Day Special Combo 4

• General Disclaimer –

Please Note that the product image displayed is indicative in nature. We however, always try to provide and deliver the product the same as displayed in the product image itself, for maximum customer satisfaction but still, the actual product may vary slightly in shape, colour or design, including the rakhi, flowers, fillers, plants, fruits, cakes, chocolates, sweets, basket, vase, box, teddy, coin, card, paper, bow, balloons, stones, gel, etc as per the local availability. The flowers may be delivered in fully bloomed, semi-bloomed or bud stage. Occasionally, the substitution of flowers becomes inevitable due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues and we do compensate it by providing the substitution of the same order value. Providing the best experience and optimum satisfaction to the customer for their money spent, has been our motto.

For the products that have in the description mentioned as – (Exclusively available for Vadodara city only), if the customer places an online order for any of those products ‘FOR A DIFFERENT CITY – OTHER THAN VADODARA CITY”, then that order will get CANCELLED automatically without informing the customer.

• Delivery Time (for Cakes & for Big Size Gifts) –

To avail ‘Morning Delivery’ (9 – 11 am) / (10 am – 12 pm) OR to avail ‘Express Delivery’ in 3 hours: the customer has to order at least 3-6 hours before, from the selected time slot, in order to prepare it. And for the Festive occasions like Valentines Day, Womens Day, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Rakshabandhan, etc. the delivery options – Morning Delivery & Express Delivery will not be available, (even if it is selected) as the ordered gifts are dispatched in bulk slots, and for the same reason the status of the delivery of the orders will also be updated by evening time around 6 pm Indian time.

• For Cakes –

As the majority of the cakes are designer, i.e. the top side of the cake may contain heavy designs or toppings like fruits, nuts, chocolates, Photos, etc, it might not be possible to write the message on the cake but instead, it will be written on the board of the cake or as a message on a tag. All of our cakes are (100% pure veg) freshly baked as per the order, so the delivery of the orders containing cake starts from 10 am onwards.
